Bones of Faerie by: Janni Lee Simner

This book is slow getting into and slightly confusing. Even after finishing it I am not quite sure what the point of the book is.

The story is about life after a war between the world of faerie and the world of the humans. The world is full of dangerous plants and children with magic.

After her sister is killed because she possesses magic Liza's mom flees down into the dangerous world of darkness, shadows and plants. Liza then must make the journey to save her mom, discovering herself along the way.

Warror Princess by: Frewin Jones

Don't be put off by the title. My boyfriend laughed at me for a good thirty minutes when he saw it ( I still haven't heard the end of it)

This is actually a pretty good book. This book is good for readers who enjoy tales that involve gods and goddess, castles, and medieval times.

The story is about a young princess from a small village. She is not prim and proper and allowed to run and play with her brother. After tragedy strikes, she has to learn to believe in herself and learn to follow her own path.

Great story about female empowerment!!!!!!!!

Transformers 3

THIS MOVIE ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!! So far this is my favorite movie of the summer!!!

The story line is awesome. The only down side is the new chick is no Megan Fox. She isn't badass nor is she a good actress. She doesn't really add anything to the movie except a pretty face and in my book a pretty face should be accompanied by a kick ass woman who can keep up with the boys (and the robots).

The bad guys is Patrick Dempsey, for being a guy most commonly known as McDreamy he doesn't make a bad bad guy. I was just a little shocked to not only see him in an action movie but to also see him as a bad guy.

Seriously though, do not miss this movie!!!! It doesn't lack like most movies that are third in a series.

War of the Witches by: Maite Carranza

This book was hard to get into at first, but once a few things start to unravel it gets better.

This book is broken up in sections divided by a prophecy that explains how a chosen one will come and save one of the branches of witches. The Oden or the Odish (the good witches or the bad ones).

There is a little twist that I figured about about halfway through (I have this problem where I figure things out before the end. That is why no one ever wants to watch movies with me). I won't spoil it for you.

This book wasn't excellent but it wasn't a complete waste of my time either.

Once a Witch by: Carolyn MacCullough

I love, love loved this book!!! It follows a young girl, from a family of witches, who lacks any power and is the outcast of her family.

A mysterious stranger walks into her families book store seeking a lost object and she decides to help him to prove she can be just as great as her magical family.

Unfortunately this creates a lot of really big problems.

Once a Witch was an amazing book and I put it on my must read list!

Season of the Witch

This movie delivered everything it's trailer promised and then some!!

At first I was hesitant because of the religious aspects of the movies. I didn't really want to watch a movie about religious nuts slaying witches. However an interesting turn of events makes this movie worth it.

It also doesn't dwell to heavily on religion, for those of you like me who hate preachy movies.
